"Been with Lawrence and his office for 2.5 years. First main insurance where I’m the policy holder and driver. Simple, thorough, and exemplary process. From the delivery of my vehicle to the few cracked windshield’s I’ve had to fix through them. From Lawrence himself who’s extremely hands on, Leah, Freddie, & everyone else in the office have been unbelievable and great. Always, always great service and conversation. The day ends at 6pm and I’ve had a few times where I’ve called in late and got a call back before 6pm. Just shows dedication and support through and through from their office. Switched over my families insurance to their office and hopefully everyone else I know. Best insurance office and people in the Twin Cities. This is not some fake or PR review but a truthful and honest review which has taken 2.5 years to type out and write. Great support, people, and work ethic at Lawrence Thomas’s office. If you have any other agent in the Twin Cities, no disrespect but switch over expeditiously. You won’t ever regret it. 100/10."
